About the role

Lead the design and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Project System module to support comprehensive project lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP PS structures including WBS, Networks, Milestones, and Scheduling to align with business requirements.
• Integrate SAP PS with MM, FI/CO, and SD modules to enhance project management processes.
• Manage activities across project planning, execution, billing, and settlement ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Drive client discussions to resolve open issues and facilitate closure.
• Analyze project results and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required skills and experience

• 6-9 years of SAP PS experience with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proficient in configuring PS structures and managing end-to-end project lifecycles from creation to settlement.
• Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, project quotations, MRP, cash flow, and milestone billing.
• Experience with integration of SAP PS with MM, FI/CO, and SD modules.
• Ability to manage customer and capital projects with a solid understanding of project structures and SAP PS functionality.

Nice to have

• Experience driving client discussions and closing open items.
• Skills in result analysis and reporting for project management.
