About the role
Join USI Talent Acquisition to manage and support enterprise Identity and Access Management services using SailPoint IdentityIQ, driving operational excellence and compliance within a hybrid managed services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer SailPoint IdentityIQ platform operations including workflow configuration, access certifications, and lifecycle event management.
- Manage joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes and entitlement administration to ensure timely, compliant user provisioning.
- Support onboarding and integration of applications, including connector configuration and troubleshooting.
- Conduct access reviews, segregation of duties assessments, and produce governance reporting to support compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve IAM incidents, support change management, and develop operational dashboards and documentation.
Required skills and experience
- 7-9 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
- Proficient in identity lifecycle management covering provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and entitlement management.
- Strong expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), role engineering, and segregation of duties concepts.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, enterprise authentication, and application system integration.
- Skilled in incident, problem, service request, and change management processes within IAM.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work 16x5 rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and on-call schedules.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical fields.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification and familiarity with large-scale access certification programs.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences with knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, and audit compliance.
- Understanding of CIAM, PAM, ServiceNow IAM workflows, and IdentityIQ customization.
- Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, Security+ and experience in Managed Services with defined SLAs and operational governance.
