About the role
Join USI Talent Acquisition to support and enhance Oracle RMCS integrations, focusing on configuration, issue diagnosis, and defect resolution across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle RMCS to support business requirements and workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues within RMCS effectively and independently.
- Collaborate to understand and manage the integration between Oracle eBS and RMCS for various use cases.
- Fix defects and optimize system processes to ensure seamless operations between integrated platforms.
Required skills and experience
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle RMCS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Oracle eBS and its integration with RMCS.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues involving RMCS configuration and code.
- Experience in working with both technical and functional aspects of Oracle RMCS implementations.
Nice to have
- Techno-functional expertise enabling configuration and troubleshooting within RMCS.
- Prior exposure to defect analysis and resolution processes in Oracle environments.
