About the role
Join USI Talent Acquisition as a VIM ABAP Developer to design and enhance SAP OpenText VIM solutions, optimizing invoice processing and integration within SAP environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain VIM-related SAP ABAP programs, classes, and functions to support PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
- Design and configure IDOC ingestion processes for integration with middleware such as CPI.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and validate VIM workflows, validations, and OData services to ensure seamless invoice management.
- Conduct code reviews and validate WRICEF objects and transport requests for quality and compliance.
- Monitor batch jobs and promptly resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience with SAP ABAP development, particularly in SAP OpenText VIM modules.
- Strong knowledge of WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with IDOC processing and middleware integration (e.g., CPI).
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting workflows and validations within SAP environments.
- Ability to perform code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
Nice to have
- Experience working collaboratively with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Knowledge of OData services and SAP workflow configurations.
