Description

Experience :

  • 6+ years in UI/UX or Product Design
  • Strong experience designing B2B / SaaS / enterprise software products

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B software products
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Design dashboards, admin panels, workflow-based systems, and data-heavy interfaces
  • Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into UX solutions
  • Conduct usability improvements and refine product workflows
  • Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
  • Ensure consistent UX across the product

Product Thinking

  • Understand business workflows and enterprise user behavior
  • Simplify complex product features into intuitive user experiences
  • Participate in product discovery and feature planning

Product Marketing Design

  • Design product landing pages and marketing pages
  • Create product visuals, screenshots, and feature graphics
  • Design assets for sales presentations and marketing materials
  • Work with marketing teams to communicate product value visually

Tools

  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Prototyping tools

Required Skills

  • Strong UX fundamentals (user flows, information architecture, usability)
  • Experience designing complex B2B products
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
  • Strong attention to detail and visual design sense

Good To Have

  • Experience in SaaS or startup environments
  • Experience building design systems
  • Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS)

Portfolio Requirement

  • Portfolio showing B2B product design work
  • Examples of dashboards, workflows, or enterprise software interfaces
  • UX case studies showing problem solving and design thinking
