The role
You'll design interfaces for real products that ship — mobile apps, dashboards, and web platforms across e-commerce, OTT, logistics, healthcare, and social. You'll work closely with our developers, so you'll learn quickly what makes a design buildable, not just beautiful.
What you'll do
- Design mobile app and web interfaces in Figma, from wireframes to final high-fidelity screens
- Build and maintain design systems — components, typography scales, colour tokens, spacing
- Create clickable prototypes for client presentations and internal reviews
- Work with Flutter and React developers on handoff, specs, and design QA before release
- Design for both iOS and Android, following Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Take client feedback and turn it into revisions without losing the thread of the original idea
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience, or a strong portfolio from academic and personal work
- Ability to create UI with AI tools like Stitch and Claude Design
- Solid Figma skills — auto layout, components, variants, prototyping
- A portfolio showing at least one full mobile app or web product flow, not just isolated screens
- Understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and colour
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Material Design 3 or iOS design patterns
- Basic motion or micro-interaction design
- Exposure to Flutter or how designs translate into code
- Illustration, icon design, or branding skills
