Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with proven expertise in Figma and InVision, and a track record of delivering high-quality designs for enterprise-level projects.

This role requires close collaboration with product teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to create accessible, compliant, and user-centric solutions, including work on federal or judiciary projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and iterate user interfaces using Figma and InVision to deliver intuitive and visually compelling designs.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Communicate ideas effectively with product teams and client stakeholders, translating user needs into innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with ADA accessibility standards, creating inclusive user experiences.
• Work on enterprise-level projects while adhering to established design guidelines and processes.
• Design for federal or judiciary projects, incorporating awareness of relevant guidelines and standards.
• Manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
• Solve complex design challenges with creative, user-focused solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement of design systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and InVision.
• Proven understanding of front-end engineering principles and experience collaborating with development teams.
• Hands-on experience ensuring designs are ADA compliant and meet accessibility standards.
• Experience working on enterprise-level design projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with design guidelines and requirements for federal or judiciary projects.
• Understanding of UX research methodologies to inform design decisions.
• Experience with usability testing and related tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with structured design systems.
