User Interface Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Gurugram. The User Interface Designer will create visually appealing, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts, defining visual styles, producing mockups and interactive prototypes, and ensuring consistency across products. The role also involves collaborating with front-end developers to translate design specifications into functional interfaces, refining designs based on user feedback and usability insights, and maintaining design assets and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong user interface design skills, including User Interface Design and Visual Design.
• Experience creating detailed mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and ability to collaborate with UX practitioners.
• Familiarity with Front-End Development concepts and workflows to ensure design feasibility.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional team environment in Gurugram.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in translating requirements into design solutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI design work for web and mobile applications is required.
