About the Company

Internmo is offering a structured remote internship for freshers who want to begin a career in UI design. The internship provides practical exposure to designing clean, intuitive, and visually engaging digital interfaces for websites and applications while working with modern design tools and user interface principles.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, modern, and user-friendly UI designs for websites and digital applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Translate project requirements and concepts into visually appealing user interfaces.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work with design systems, typography, color, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Create reusable UI components and maintain consistency across digital products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Review existing interfaces and suggest improvements to usability, consistency, and visual presentation.
• Conduct basic design research and analyze current UI trends and design patterns.
• Create and maintain design documentation and component libraries where required.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and make necessary design revisions.
• Collaborate with remote team members and complete assigned design tasks and deliverables on time.

Requirements

• Suitable for freshers with an interest in UI design, visual design, product design, web design, or a related area.
• Basic understanding of UI design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color theory.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and creating design mockups is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of user experience principles is beneficial.
• Knowledge of design systems and reusable components is beneficial.
• A portfolio or sample design projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines responsibly.

This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to 10,000.
