About the Program

At Internmo, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it's an open collaboration program designed for aspiring UI designers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a design student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to work on actual product interfaces, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

What You'll Do

• Design Interfaces: Create clean, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Wireframe & Prototype: Map out user journeys by building low-fidelity wireframes and bringing them to life with high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Work with Design Systems: Utilize existing design components and help build out scalable style guides to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate on Handoffs: Work closely with developers to translate your designs into code, iterating based on technical constraints and team feedback.

Who You Are

• Passionate about visual design and eager to learn (no specific design degree required).
• Solid grasp of industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma (or Adobe XD / Sketch).
• Familiar with fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive layouts.
• Bonus points: If you have an eye for UX logic, a basic understanding of how HTML/CSS works, or a starter portfolio featuring your own redesigns or case studies.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
