User Interface Designer

We're building Affecio a video-first dating app for Gen Z.

Not a swipe app. Not another clone.

Real-time video matching, AI-powered compatibility, in-call mini games, and a built-in mental-health layer.

We're currently in the pre-seed stage and assembling a sharp, committed founding team.

Role: UI/UX Designer (Unpaid for now Paid after funding)

This is NOT a typical internship.

This is for someone who wants to build a category-defining product from Day 1.

What you'll do

Own the mobile app UI (iOS + Android) end-to-end

Create flows, screen layouts, prototypes, and design systems

Collaborate closely with founders + dev team

Translate our product philosophy into a clean, premium interface

Contribute to brand identity, microcopy, and visual tone

Work in fast iterations (weekly sprints)

What we're looking for

Strong sense of aesthetics (Apple-level, minimal, premium)

Experience with Figma

Ability to think like a product person, not just a designer

Someone who wants to build something that actually ships, not just mockups

Self-driven, reliable, and can work async

Bonus: Experience in social, dating, or video-based products

Compensation

Unpaid for now (0 salary)

High-impact portfolio work

Priority for full-time paid role after we close funding
