Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate UX Writer to join the Kotak811 team. As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting clear, concise, and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and user-centric copy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain clear, consistent, and engaging copy for various digital touchpoints, including mobile apps, websites, chatbots and in-app messages.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into compelling copy.
• Write compelling microcopy for buttons, forms, and error messages.
• Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX writing and design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Writer or Copywriter.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to craft clear and concise copy that is easy to understand.
• Experience with digital product development.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of UX design tools and methodologies.
