Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Reading, with some flexibility for remote work. The User Experience Researcher will be responsible for planning and conducting user research studies to gather insights that shape product strategy and design. This includes understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through methods like interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations for improving user experience and providing research-based input during the design and development processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in User Research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys
  • Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to derive user insights
  • Knowledge of creating personas, user journey maps, and other research artifacts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in digital product design or working within industries like Health, EdTech, or Finance is advantageous
