Research Responsibilities

• Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research for apps and websites.
• Perform user interviews, usability tests, and domain research (both qualitative and quantitative) focused on digital products.
• Research and analyze demographics, market trends, and competition within the mobile and web space.
• Identify and use the best tools to document research progress.
• Use Figma effectively as part of the research workflow.

Social & Collaboration Responsibilities

• Be a people's person with strong interpersonal energy.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and users to encourage smooth collaboration.
• Understand project goals and articulate complex ideas persuasively during research.

Job Requirements

• Specialization in UX Research or a related field with minimum 2 - 3 years of full-time experience.
• Industry experience in planning and conducting: User interviews, Usability testing, Competition analysis, UX audits, Persona creation.
