Skills and Work Scope:

Looking for someone have minimum 6 years of experience as UX Engineer

Expert knowledge of CSS.

Clear understanding of modular CSS development, such as BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS, and Atomic Design, and enough experience to articulate the differences between these methodologies

Collaborating with stakeholders to define design, business and technical goals and map solutions back to Salesforce products

Designing innovative solutions to address challenges and build those solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Developing customized story-driven demonstrations that solve human problems.

Integrating Salesforce technology infrastructure, demonstrating deep familiarity with hardware, software, networking and

security stack

Communicating and documenting technical concepts clearly, for both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong storytelling and presentation skills to wider audiences

Expertise in crafting clear, valid, accessible, semantic HTML markup

A love of solving problems both human and technical

A strong handle on debugging and troubleshooting

A learner's mindset and a passion for staying abreast of the latest web technologies.

Strong focus in the following areas of design such as:

Design Thinking

User-centered design methodologies & processes

Lean / Agile UX

Inclusive design / building accessible products

Usability testing / user research
