Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to refine prototypes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing user experience solutions based on user feedback and technical advancements.
• Document prototype development processes and share knowledge with team members to foster collective growth.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices in prototype development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles and usability standards.
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques to translate design concepts into tangible solutions.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and balance it with design intent to deliver practical user experience improvements.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of prototypes.
