Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and software engineering solutions to optimize user experience. You will translate design concepts into tangible solutions with a balance of technical feasibility and design intent, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead user experience design projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and coherence.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
