You will translate business goals into outcome-driven roadmaps, lead continuous discovery, and deliver scalable design systems that connect strategy, user needs, and technology.
This position demands expertise in enterprise-scale SaaS, fintech domains, and emerging AI-driven experiences, combined with strong stakeholder engagement, research leadership, and storytelling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to shape product vision and roadmap.
- Translate design concepts into strategic product features aligned with business goals.
- Contribute design ideas at the product level to influence features and stories.
Customer Experience Research, Insights, and Execution
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends.
- Perform in-depth user research to gather quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for experience optimization.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to communicate features and find improvement areas.
Product Design and Development
- Create user journey maps and personas to guide design decisions.
- Design user interactions, layouts, and workflows for cross-platform experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for testing.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs for releases.
- Ensure design integration across the agile product development lifecycle.
- Maintain design consistency through guidelines and standards.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead UX projects and drive UX strategy.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative product experiences.
- Present designs and milestones to peers, executives, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and inspire other designers to elevate design quality.
Basic Qualifications
- BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 5+ years proven UX/UI design experience for desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, including wireframes, storyboards, and flows.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar.
- Knowledge of motion design principles for interactive experiences.
- Understanding of Design Thinking methodology.
- Creative problem-solving ability with a user-first mindset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- General understanding of front-end development processes (HTML, CSS).
- Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams.
Preferred Experience
- Background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, and AI-driven product experiences.
- Ability to lead research cycles and validate designs with real-world data.
- Strong storytelling skills to convey design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
