Signature Pharmacy and SignatureRx are award-winning prescribing creation and pharmacy fulfilment providers in the UK. As part of our continued growth, we have an established software development team based in the UAE and are now looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences across our products and brand.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who deeply understands what makes a clean, intuitive user experience and has a strong eye for modern, high-quality visual design. You will work across product design as well as supporting brand, marketing, and internal communications with polished design output.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing clear, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences across our internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and supporting brand materials.
Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you'll translate requirements into elegant UI solutions while ensuring usability, consistency, and visual excellence. This role also requires versatility from designing application interfaces to creating social media graphics, presentations, and marketing assets when needed.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the overall quality and consistency of UI/UX design across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing clean, intuitive user interfaces that prioritise usability and clarity
- Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for web and internal applications
- Ensuring a strong, consistent visual language across all digital products
- Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to deliver designs that are both beautiful and practical
- Championing user experience best practices and advocating for simplicity and clarity
- Producing visually appealing assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications
- Designing professional presentations, pitch decks, and supporting materials
- Maintaining and evolving design systems, components, and style guides
- Iterating on designs based on feedback, testing, and real-world usage
- Balancing multiple projects and design needs across product and brand
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design
- Clear understanding of what makes a great user experience, not just what looks good
- Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, colour, and spacing
- Experience designing for web-based applications and digital platforms
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically when solving design problems
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
- Experience creating marketing assets, social media graphics, and presentations
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design priorities
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
