User Experience Designer / Researcher

You will work closely with research, engineering and business to conceptualize and build delightful user experiences.
Working with experienced seniors amid a pool of designers with great skills and fun personalities is the main reason for this love affair.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research and testing , participate in user interviews, use Future Factory research tools to arrive at inputs that infer user experience design, developing wireframes, task flows, based on research and user needs.
- Convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations.
- Create remarkable design in an agile iterative environment and participate in feedback and usability testing.
- Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including other researchers, designers, engineers and developers.
- Demonstrate operational skills by being responsible for projects in their timelines , to meet project goals.
Job requirements
Qualification:-
- Academic qualification in UX/UI/Interaction design/Visual Communication or any associated qualification.
Experience:-
- Experience of 3-5 years in web, mobile, interaction and user experience design
- Strong online portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great usercentered experiences and applications.
- Skilled in platforms such as as Photoshop, Illustrator, Experience Design, Sketch, In vision, XD etc.
