User Experience Designer

We're Hiring: UX Designer

Office Beacon is looking for an experienced UX Designer to lead user centered design across our website and growing SaaS product ecosystem.

If you're passionate about solving complex problems through UX strategy (not just UI), this role is for you.

What You'll Do

UX Strategy and Design Thinking

• Lead end to end UX design for web and SaaS platforms

• Translate user needs and business goals into clear UX strategies

• Define user journeys, personas, and experience principles

• Advocate user centered design across teams and stakeholders

Wireframing and Experience Design

• Create low to high fidelity wireframes and user flows

• Design navigation, information architecture, and multi step workflows

• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions

• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights

UI Design and Design Systems

• Turn approved UX concepts into polished UI designs

• Contribute to shared design systems and component libraries

• Maintain consistency across platforms and products

AI Assisted Design

• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping

• Rapidly explore layout and interaction concepts

• Balance speed with UX rigor, accessibility, and system consistency

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Growth

• Present design concepts and rationale to leadership

• Support website optimization and product adoption initiatives

UX Research Support

• Assist with usability testing, interviews, and surveys

• Translate research findings into actionable design improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years UX design experience in web, SaaS, or digital platforms

• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, wireframes, user flows, and full design process

• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and information architecture

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools

• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills

• Experience designing B2B products or complex workflows

Nice to Have

• UX research experience

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or FullStory

• Experience working with design systems

• Background in SaaS, HR tech, CRM, or enterprise software
