Experience: 8-10 yrs of relevant
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to conceptualize and design prototypes for solutions and POCs.
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered web portals and applications using tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design artifacts that align with project requirements and user needs.
- Apply expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to ensure designs enhance usability and engagement.
- Conduct design research and incorporate user feedback into iterations to refine solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless transition of designs into functional implementations on the HCL Total Experience platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to maintain a high standard of creativity and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web portal designs, prototypes, and POCs.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing for complex, enterprise-level platforms or applications
