Engagement: Internship
Stipend: 10000 – 12000 INR per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a UX Designer to redesign the entire user experience of Eval8.
Eval8 is a complex product involving:
- recruiters creating assessments
- candidates taking multi-stage evaluations
- real-time scoring and decision-making
Your role is to simplify this complexity into intuitive, frictionless workflows.
What You Will Work On:
- Map and redesign complete user journeys across:
- recruiter flow (prompt assessment shortlist)
- candidate flow (test evaluation feedback)
- Identify friction points and redesign interactions for clarity and speed
- Structure dashboards, navigation systems, and task flows
- Translate complex evaluation processes into intuitive interfaces
- Work closely with developers to ensure practical and scalable implementation
- Continuously iterate based on real usage and feedback
What We Expect
- Strong experience and portfolio in UX design for web applications or SaaS products
- Ability to think in terms of flows, not screens
- Strong problem-solving approach to product design
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Ability to simplify complex systems into clear user journeys
- Ownership mindset — you define the experience, not just design it
Good to Have:
- Experience in HRTech, EdTech, or developer tools
- Familiarity with data-heavy dashboards
- Understanding of behavioral design and user psychology

- Users can complete tasks (create assessments, take tests, shortlist candidates) with minimal confusion
- Reduced drop-offs in candidate assessments
- Faster recruiter workflows
- Clear, intuitive product navigation without training
