User Experience Designer

Job Summary

Designs intuitive and scalable user experiences across platform and app products by visualizing user journeys, building design systems, and ensuring consistency and usability throughout product lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences for platform and B2C products

Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries

Conduct design reviews to ensure usability, consistency, and visual quality

Define UX strategies from planning to execution stages

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders for design alignment

Continuously improve product experience based on feedback and usage

Mandatory Requirements

5–7 years of experience in Product/UX Design

Strong portfolio demonstrating structured and logical design thinking

Expertise in design systems and component-based architecture

Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments

Strong communication and feedback-handling skills
