Job Description

Company Description

Deep Holistics is a cutting-edge health and wellness company leveraging advanced diagnostics and technology to offer hyper-personalised healthcare solutions. By integrating data from blood biomarkers, gut microbiomes, genetic tests, and wearable devices, Deep Holistics provides comprehensive, science-backed insights for optimising health and performance. The company aims to empower individuals to achieve their full potential by addressing root causes of health concerns and offering actionable, preventive solutions. Headquartered in India, Deep Holistics delivers a unique, holistic approach to health, combining expert knowledge with advanced tools for continuous monitoring and improvement.

Role Description

We are seeking a User Experience Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating prototypes, and producing visually appealing designs. You will contribute to optimising Deep Holistics products and platforms to enhance user satisfaction and usability.

Responsibilities

  • Map end-to-end user journeys, from discovery and sign-up to tests, reports, and follow-up actions.
  • Identify friction points and drop-offs using both user research and product data.
  • Conduct usability tests, interviews, and surveys, then turn findings into changes in flows and interaction patterns.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify decisions and reduce cognitive load.
  • Work with Product Managers and UI Designers to agree on structure and behaviour before visual design is final.
  • Collaborate with engineers on edge cases, error states, and loading behaviours that affect experience.
  • Use funnel and behavioural data to validate whether changes are improving user outcomes.

What success looks like

Users feel that the product makes sense at every step, especially when dealing with diagnostics and health recommendations. Drop-offs at key points like onboarding, booking, and report viewing reduce over time. Internally, the team begins to rely on shared UX patterns instead of reinventing flows for every feature.

Experience and skills

  • 3 to 5 years in UX design or UX research for SaaS or consumer products.
  • Early-stage startup experience, preferably in Bangalore.
  • Portfolio showing end-to-end journeys, UX rationale, and impact on behaviour or metrics.
  • Comfortable with Figma or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Practical experience running usability tests and user interviews.
  • Exposure to health-tech, wellness, or behaviour-change products is a plus.
