About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Web Designer, UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and leading design initiatives from concept to execution.

This role requires a strong understanding of modern design trends, UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, design agency, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and create exceptional design solutions.

Design user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps with a focus on usability and visual appeal.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Mentor and guide junior designers in the team when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years of proven experience as a Senior Web Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, InVision, etc.

Good understanding of web standards and workflow.

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

Experience in working in agile environments is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in UI/UX design are a plus.
