We're hiring a UI/UX Designer at Craxinno Technologies. Jaipur.

Most design hiring is theatre. Portfolio review, a chat about process, a gut call. So we skipped it.

Instead, here's the actual test: design a premium technology landing page in Figma. Nav, hero, product showcase, features, social proof, CTA. Show us how the hero adapts from desktop to mobile — real layout decisions, not a shrunk-down desktop.

2–3 hours. One Figma file.

We'll open the file, not just the exported screens. Auto Layout, components, variables, named layers. If someone else can't pick up your file and understand how it was built, that's part of the evaluation too.

Use AI for research, copy, ideation — we don't care. What we're reading is your judgment: spacing, type, hierarchy, restraint. We'd rather see three exceptional sections than six average ones.
