Requirements
- 78 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital product portfolio
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related fields
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and prototyping tools
- Strong user research and usability testing skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and WebEngage
- Understanding of information architecture and design systems
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and multi-device optimization
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Exposure to fast-paced, cross-functional product teams
- Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small design teams
Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align business and design goals
- Define and optimize user flows, navigation, and content structures
- Establish and manage a scalable design system across all products
- Use analytics tools to guide design improvements based on user behavior
- Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across platforms
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
