User Experience Designer

The User Experience Designer is responsible for turning complexity into clarity. Every screen, interaction, and journey should feel intuitive, thoughtful, and purposeful. This role is about understanding people deeply-what they need, where they struggle, and how technology can make their lives easier.

It's about designing experiences that don't need instructions.

What This Role Will Focus On

• Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Maintain and contribute to design systems
• Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
• Balance business goals with user needs

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–8 years of experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven design thinking
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
