Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design solutions that enhance usability and accessibility. You will also engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and ensure that the final designs align with user expectations and business goals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the overall user journey, making it seamless and enjoyable for all users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and refine design concepts. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design and Development. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback effectively. - Familiarity with responsive design techniques and accessibility standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design and Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
