Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional design team including UX Architects, Researchers, and UI Designers.
- Drive end-to-end design processes from strategy and research to prototyping and QA.
- Champion Human-AI interface design and ethical UX practices.
- Design conversational interfaces and adaptive systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Deliver UX vision, roadmap, and actionable insights.
- Present design concepts to leadership.
Professional & Technical Skills
- 10+ years of UX design experience with leadership exposure.
- Educational background in design.
- Expertise in Human-AI interaction, Design Thinking, and Service Design.
- Strong Figma skills (components, variants, styles).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Understanding of visual design principles.
- Experience with design systems and interactive prototypes.
- Strong frontend basics (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
- Experience leading enterprise UX initiatives.
- Strong storytelling and executive communication.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
