Role- Senior UX/UI Consultant – AI Agent Experience
Experience- 7+years
Location- Bangalore (Hybird)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design AI-native experiences for copilots, agents, dashboards, and workflow applications. Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Simplify complex data, recommendations, forecasts, and AI-generated insights into clear, actionable experiences.
- Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and consistent design standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously improve adoption and user satisfaction.
- Drive AI trust, explainability, and transparency through thoughtful design.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of UX/UI and product design experience. Strong expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and enterprise application design.
- Experience working closely with product, business, and engineering teams.
- Proven ability to design data-rich SaaS, analytics, CRM, or workflow applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing GenAI, Copilot, conversational AI, or agentic AI products.
- Familiarity with sales, CRM, customer success, or revenue operations workflows.
- Understanding of AI explainability, recommendation systems, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
