In addition you will expose concepts and designs to customers and end users for feedback. You are passionate about interaction design and empathetic towards end-users. Abstracting and generalizing requirements is necessary to ensure relevance and scale of your work. You are continuously broadening your horizon on design methodologies, technologies and upcoming trends.

You will be part of an exciting and international design team of about 25 designers who work for the Sales & Service products with touch points to different cultures.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in User Experience Design or Product Design, with exposure to complex, enterprise‑grade software products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design ownership, including discovery, interaction design, validation, and delivery of scalable user experiences.
  • Solid grounding in user‑centered design principles, UX best practices, usability heuristics, and experience designing for consistency at scale.
  • Proven experience validating design solutions through design reviews, usability evaluations, and formal user testing, with the ability to synthesize insights and iterate effectively.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design intent and rationale, and collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and design peers.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working in cross‑functional, diverse, and globally distributed teams.
  • Good to have: Experience in designing user experiences for AI capabilities, with an understanding of trust, transparency, explainability, and human‑in‑the‑loop interactions.

WHERE YOU BELONG
