User Experience Design Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to deeply understand users, their needs, concerns, and limitations; communicate insights to software development teams (e.g., through personas).
- Identify and address UX issues by observing users, analyzing data sources, and customer feedback.
- Assist product owners in designing new concepts; create wireframes, prototypes, and validate solutions with users and stakeholders.
- Design and refine UI prototypes from sketches to pixel-perfect specifications; focus on layout, navigation, workflow, and interaction.
- Support development teams in implementing designs, including preparing Figma files and reviewing implementation in iterations.
- Collaborate with other UX designers to develop, implement, and improve user-centered design processes.
- Promote UX awareness and coach development teams on best practices.
