Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused User Acquisition Manager to scale our Rewards App user base through paid, organic, affiliate, influencer, and performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile app growth, user acquisition, retention strategies, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs, and affiliate networks.
  • Drive app installs, registrations, and user engagement while maintaining target CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
  • Scale acquisition through rewards platforms, offerwalls, referral programs, influencers, and performance partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, onboarding flows, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and improve user activation, retention, and re-engagement funnels.
  • Work closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to improve conversion and retention rates.
  • Track campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar platforms.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and growth insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, App Growth, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, Retention, and LTV metrics.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and other acquisition platforms.
  • Experience with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Firebase.
  • Knowledge of rewards apps, gaming apps, offerwalls, GPT/rewards ecosystems, or fintech products is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with CRM, push notifications, lifecycle marketing, and user retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or data visualization tools is an added advantage.
