Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Used Car Sales Executive based in Churu. The responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting suitable used cars, explaining financing options, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The executive will also maintain an updated inventory, build lasting customer relationships, negotiate prices, and meet sales targets. Additional tasks involve coordinating with the digital sales platform and conducting market research to stay informed about trends and competitors.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability in customer relationship management and meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing solutions, including loan and leasing options
  • Understanding of the used vehicle market and trends, along with market research abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products and services to a broad range of customers
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates
  • Previous experience in vehicle or financial sales is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in local languages will be considered a plus
