Used Car Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Set sales targets, analyze performance and develop effective sales strategies

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets

• Oversee the complete pre-owned vehicle operation

• Drive used car sales & marketing activities

• Supervise technical & physical inspection of vehicles and ensure accurate market valuation

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the sales process

Candidate Profile:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Used Car Sales

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Good understanding of the pre-owned vehicle market

✔ Bachelor's degree in any stream

✔ Hindi & Odia language proficiency

✔ Valid Driving Licence

✔ Willing to work in person, Rourkela
