Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Used Car Loan Specialist to join our team on-site in Bhilai. The role includes evaluating loan applications for used car purchases, performing underwriting tasks, and assisting customers with financial solutions. You will collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and ensure compliance with company policies. A significant focus will be placed on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication throughout the loan processing journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist customers and resolve inquiries.
- Experience with Underwriting processes, including analyzing and assessing loan applications.
- Knowledge of Finance and Loans to evaluate creditworthiness and provide financial solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple applications in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using financial software and reporting tools, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the financial services or automotive sector, is an advantage.
