Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evaluate user workflows, journeys, and interaction flows for digital products
- Create low to mid-fidelity wireframes or prototypes purely for concept validation and usability testing
- Conduct usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation sessions with users
- Identify friction points, usability issues, and workflow gaps before product development
- Translate business and product ideas into testable concepts and scenarios
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and improve workflows early in the lifecycle
- Iterate on workflows and concepts based on user feedback, testing insights, and behavioral observations
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve product experience and usability
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in designing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong experience in creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in identifying usability issues, user friction points, and iterating designs based on feedback and testing insights
- Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies
- Mandatory (Skills 2): Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions and prototypes
- Mandatory (Skills 3): Basic understanding of user behavior and usability heuristics to improve overall product experience
- Mandatory (Tools): Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
- Mandatory (Company): Candidates from B2C consumer-facing digital product companies, fintech, e-commerce, or product-driven organizations preferred
- Mandatory (Note) - This is NOT a UI/UX Design role. We are looking for Usability / Design testing candidates who specialize in testing product concepts, validating workflows, and creating prototypes purely for experimentation and usability testing
- Preferred (Skills): Exposure to A/B testing, user research methods, design systems, or behavioral analysis is a plus
