Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based out of Hyderabad, India. As a USA Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and prospects in the United States, understanding their requirements, providing product or service information, and assisting with inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up with leads to build strong relationships, and working closely with internal teams to meet sales and customer service goals. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English for interacting with clients based in the USA.
  • Proven ability in customer service, lead generation, and managing client relationships effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and telecommunication tools to track calls and manage client data efficiently.
  • Time management, organization skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • An understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette in the US market is desirable.
  • Past experience in a telecaller, sales, or customer support role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
