Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000/month

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Noida. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. The individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a talent pipeline, conducting market research, and leveraging innovative recruitment strategies to meet evolving demands.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong capabilities in Recruiting, Hiring, and sourcing top talent
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships
• Proven ability to interact effectively with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
• Preferred qualifications: prior experience in IT or technical recruitment and familiarity with the talent market in Noida
