Role Description

We are seeking a USA Payroll Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Associate will handle payroll management and processing, ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, and maintain accurate accounting records related to payroll. Responsibilities include managing employee payroll queries, reviewing payroll reports, and collaborating across teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years Experience in USA Payroll Management, including handling payroll systems and managing employee records
• Proficiency in USA Payroll Processing and understanding Payroll Taxes
• Strong Accounting skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and employees
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
• Familiarity with USA payroll laws is highly preferred
• Proficient in relevant payroll software and tools
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
