Job Description

  • Overall 8 years of Experience working on US IT Recruitment
  • Source and recruit qualified IT professionals on W2 employment with EAD, H1B, Green Card, and US Citizen work authorization
  • Identify candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across multiple IT technologies and skill sets
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit
  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding readiness
  • Review, validate, and optimize resumes to meet US market and client submission standards
  • Coordinate closely with sales, account managers, and internal teams for active and upcoming requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS, CRM, or internal trackers
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates regarding availability, location, and engagement status
