About the Role

You will be aligned with the Customer Support verticalwithin Next Generation Customer Operations Customer Service Technology. The role focuses on resolving customer concerns, improving service quality, and ensuring efficient handling of queries through advanced contact center platforms.

You will support employees, customers, and vendors of client organizations while delivering high-quality, structured, and optimized service interactions.

This position involves a blended support modelwith:

  • 6070% interactions via calls,
  • the remaining volume split between emails and chats,
  • and service delivery primarily for the US region (night shifts IST).

What Would You Do

  • Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring best-in-class resolutions.
  • Handle employee, customer, and vendor queries via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Close faults, tickets, and complaints within defined SLAs.
  • Deliver seamless, personalized service experiences using customer service technology platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to structured processes to enhance customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Apply problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical thinking to handle routine and complex queries.
  • Support a high-volume contact center environment by leveraging modern customer service technology.

  • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts aligned to US business hours.
