Are you an experienced US Calling / Telemarketing professional with a strong American accent and confidence in handling US customers

We're looking for a US Virtual Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time remote basis.

Position: US Virtual Assistant

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Permanent Night Shift – US Business Hours

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US prospects

• Pitch insurance products and business services

• Identify customer needs and qualify leads• Handle objections and build strong customer rapport

• Schedule appointments and live transfers for senior closers

• Work closely with US management to improve calling strategies and scripts

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling / telemarketing / lead generation

Proven experience working with US clients or US-based campaigns

Fluent English with a clear American accent – Mandatory

Experience in Insurance or Business Services is highly preferred

Comfortable working permanent night shifts

Strong communication, active listening & objection-handling skills

Resilient, target-oriented and comfortable handling rejection
