Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Participate in training and development programs as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Flexibility to work in night shifts as per US time zone
• Team player with a positive attitude

Qualification: 12th and above

Experience: Min 6 months in international voice process

Shift: Rotational shift ,2 Rotational off

Salary:26k take home

Location: MSR tower,Bangalore

Process: Travel process

Age cut off:30 years

Cab: 2 ways(20 km radius)
