We are seeking a dedicated US/UK Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch support to our international clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and issues resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to US and UK clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to improve skills.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US/UK time zones.
  • Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
