Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to US and UK clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to improve skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US/UK time zones.
- Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
