Job Description: Telecaller - Lead Conversion Specialist (US Timezone)

Role Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Telecaller to connect with warm leads who've shown interest in Nirva but haven't booked their free health assessment call. Your primary mission: understand their hesitations, address concerns, and guide them towards booking their first consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to interested leads who haven't booked
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS using our CRM workflows
- Address objections about the free assessment in a consultative, non-pushy manner
- Maintain detailed call notes and update lead status in real-time
- Achieve monthly booking conversion targets (15-20% of contacted leads)
- Track common objections and report booking barriers weekly
Primary KPI
Booking Conversion Rate: Convert 15-20% of assigned leads to booked assessment calls (120-150 appointments/month)
Secondary KPIs:
- 80-100 calls per day (25-30 connected calls)
- 30% call connect rate
- Contact new leads within 4 hours
- Maintain 85%+ call quality score
- <15% no-show rate for booked calls
Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have
- 2-4 years in telecalling, inside sales, or lead conversion
- Previous experience working US timezone shifts
- Fluent English with neutral/American accent
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Warm, empathetic communication style with active listening skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in D2C wellness, fitness, or healthcare
- Background in consultative selling or appointment-setting
- Knowledge of women's health or holistic wellness
