Location: MG Road, Bangalore (On-site – Monday to Thursday)

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring across IT, Non-IT, Techno-Functional, Engineering, and Leadership roles for direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT, Non-IT, Techno-Functional, and Leadership roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand hiring needs.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Required Skills
- 4–6+ years of US staffing/recruitment experience.
- Strong experience recruiting for Technical, Non-Technical, Techno-Functional, and Leadership positions.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
