Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented US Tax Associate to join a dynamic team supporting US-based clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing US tax returns, strong technical tax knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced public accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in reviewing US Individual and Business Tax Returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.

• Prepare workpapers, tax schedules, and supporting documentation.

• Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning assignments.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather information and resolve tax-related queries.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Federal and State tax regulations.

• Manage multiple engagements and meet established deadlines.

• Stay updated on changes in US tax laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of current or recent public accounting experience in US Tax.

• Hands-on experience preparing Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns.

• Strong understanding of US tax concepts, compliance requirements, and tax return processes.

• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• EA (Enrolled Agent) certification or CPA pursuing.

• Experience working with US CPA firms or outsourced tax engagements.

• Exposure to tax research and client communication.
